Your tickets will be delivered via email from tickets@hudsonvalley.org and can also be accessed in our app or on your online account. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for your order confirmation and ticket email to be delivered.
If you still haven’t received them after six hours, please make sure you check your spam folder and add tickets@hudsonvalley.org to your safe senders list. In addition, please check your account to ensure that you have entered the correct email address into your contact information.
