Our tours are timed-entry experiences with limited capacity. We strongly encourage you to arrive early, as tours depart promptly at their scheduled start time.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to either help you join your scheduled tour already in progress or accommodate you on a later tour the same day, if space allows. However, please note that we cannot guarantee entry for late arrivals. If tours are sold out, we will be unable to accommodate you and your tickets will be not be eligible for exchange or refund.
We recommend planning ahead and allowing extra travel time.
