An Audience with Poe is wheelchair accessible. There is accessible parking at the Historic Hudson Valley Library and accessible seating can be arranged by calling our ticket hotline at 914-366-6900 or emailing us at info@hudsonvalley.org.
Parking
- Wheelchair-accessible parking is available adjacent to the library.
- There are two designated accessible parking spaces.
- The parking area is a short distance from the building entrance.
Entrance
- The front entrance is level with no stairs and has a wheelchair accessible door.
- The front door is not automatic.
Seating
- The first scene is a standing experience; however, seating is available for anyone who needs it. All remaining scenes take place in the theater and are fully seated.
- Theater seating consists of sturdy, armless chairs with straight backs and light padding for comfort. Chairs are standard height and easy to get in and out of, with open sides to accommodate a range of mobility needs.
- Seating can be adjusted or removed to make space for wheelchairs upon request.
